Why Pilates with Pat?

​Pilates is a body conditioning method, created by Joseph Pilates, which integrates one’s mind, body and spirit to bring overall health and well-being to the practitioner.  Pilates exercises are performed on a mat and on specially designed equipment.
With Pilates's special concentration on strengthening one's core (abdominal) muscles and lengthening and stretching extremities, you will feel and look better.  Pat, a 2nd-generation Pilates Instructor, brings her years of experience to you in the private setting of a home studio.
